Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.
  • We’re happy to help within 7 days of delivery, but unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after this period.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, personalization, or safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Personalized items (custom-made to customer specifications)
  • Jewelry, perfumes, coloured stones, watches
  • Cutlery, gift boxes, gift bags
  • Wrapping paper and gift packaging
  • Toys
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process

  1. Email us at team@ribbonitgift.com with your proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Ship the item to us — please do not send it to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your return has been approved or declined. Approved returns will be processed as a refund or replacement, depending on your request.


Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Sale & Voucher Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return.
  • Sale items or those purchased using vouchers cannot be refunded or returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive something damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement for the same item.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos showing the issue.
  • We may request the item to be returned for further inspection before processing the replacement.

This helps us maintain our quality standards and offer fair resolutions.


Exchanges

At this time, we only offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective. We do not offer exchanges for different products, sizes, or colors.


Shipping Responsibility

  • You’re responsible for packaging the return item securely. Items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging may not be accepted.
  • Use trackable postage and add tracking details to your return to avoid delays or issues.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items That Do Not Meet Return Conditions

Items returned to us that do not meet our return eligibility criteria will not be accepted, and we may be unable to return the item back to you.
